President Al-Zubaidi Congratulates Chinese President on Lunar New Year

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), sent a cable of congratulations to President Xi Jinping, President of the People's Republic of China (PRC), on the occasion of the Lunar New Year.
