President Al-Zubaidi Pays Inspection Tour to NSMA

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, the president of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), and Deputy Head of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), on Tuesday, paid a tour of inspection to the headquarters of the National Southern Media Authority (NSMA) in the city of al-Tawahi in the capital, Aden.

During the paid visit, President Al-Zubaidi was briefed on the workflow of NSMA and its affiliated sectors, in addition to the progress of work in the media center of the southern armed forces, and the efforts being made to keep abreast of the latest field developments and highlight the achievements of the heroes of the southern armed forces in the military operations of "Arrows of the East" and "Arrows of the South" to cleanse the two governorates of Abyan and Shabwa from terrorist elements.

On the sidelines of this paid inspecting visit, President Al-Zubaidi chaired a meeting for the headship of the Preparatory Committee for the Southern Journalists and Media Members Conference (SJMMC) where he was briefed on the level of fulfilled achievements in preparing for the first SJMMC that is going to be held in the near future.

At the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi affirmed that the leadership of the STC spares no effort to support and back the efforts of NSMA to hold the conference, reach fruitful recommendations and see the fruits of their success that serve the reality of the southern media, triumph for all southern journalists and media members, and enhance their presence internally and externally so that they can have an effect on the national cause, and achieve the legitimate and just demands of the people of the South in restoring and building their State on its entire national soil with its internationally recognized borders until May 21, 1990.
