President Al-Zubaidi Gets Briefed on Latest Developments in Shabwa Governorate

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, the president of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Deputy head of the Presidential Leadership Council, on Monday, at his office, in the STC's headquarters, in the capital Aden, met with head of the local leadership executive body of the STC in Shabwa governorate, Brigadier General Ali Ahmed al-Gabwani.

President Al-Zubaidi was briefed by Brigadier General al-Gabwani on the latest developments in Shabwa governorate and endeavours of the local leadership executive body of the STC and the local authority in Shabwa to normalize the situation and maintaining the security and stability in the governorate. 

President Al-Zubaidi has lauded the immense efforts made by the local leadership of the STC to work side-by-side with the local authority in the governorate represented by Sheikh Awad Ben al-Wazir Al-Awlaqi, sheikhs and dignitaries of Shabwa, heroes of the Southern Armed Forces and all the people of the governorate.

For his part, Brigadier General Al-Gabwani offered thanks to President Al-Zubaidi for his incessant support to the local leadership executive body of the STC and the local authority in the governorate, affirming the return of normal life in all districts of the governorate after ending the rebellion led by the militia of Muslim Brotherhood against the legitimate authority.
