Special Representative of President Al-Zubaidi briefs Security Council group of experts on situation in the South

Mr. Amr Ali Salem Al-Bidh, the member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, the Special Representative of the President of the Council for Foreign Affairs, gave a briefing on the current situation in the South and Yemen to the group of experts on Yemeni affairs in the Security Council.

The briefing included, through video communication, Mr. Al-Khidr Al-Sulaymani, from the Foreign Affairs Department of the Southern Transitional Council in New York office, and from Washington office, Dr. Ahmed Atef, in which it presented the full picture of the political and humanitarian situations that the south and Yemen are going through, and the course of the Riyadh Agreement and the Transitional Council's support for the comprehensive peace process to alleviate the suffering of citizens due to the war raging for years.

Al-Bidh, and the representatives of foreign affairs in the Transitional Council stressed the importance of completing the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement and addressing the economic and humanitarian conditions that the citizens of the country suffer from.
