President Al-Zubaidi attends celebration of Southerners in the Kingdom on occasion of Saudi National Day

The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, and his accompanying delegation, witnessed the ceremony held by the people of the south in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in celebration of the 90th anniversary of the National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During his entry into the celebration hall, President Al-Zubaidi made a brief statement in which he praised the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its pioneering roles, stressing on the unity of the goal, the common destiny ,and social ties between the people of the South and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, and also praised the role of the southern community, especially the sons of Hadramout, which is a place of originality and ancient South Arab history.

During the meeting, which began with welcoming the president and his accompanying delegation with popular events echoed by the organizers of the ceremony that was under the auspices of Sheikh Saeed Mohsen Al-Mashjari and Abu Bakr Ahmed Bawazeer, the poet Mr. Abdullah Al-Jaidi delivered a welcoming speech in which he expressed the joy of the people of the South in the Kingdom for participating  with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its leadership and people of their national joys, expressing their welcome to the President of the Transitional Council and his accompanying delegation for their participation with the people of the South in this ceremony.

He also expressed his sincere thanks, appreciation and gratitude to the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, and all the leaders of the Saudi state for their efforts and generosity to achieve justice everywhere.

Mr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kathiri, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Deputy Head of the Council’s Negotiations Affairs Unit, delivered the speech of the Southern Transitional Council at the ceremony, delivering congratulations of President Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi and the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz and the leadership and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the 90th National Day of the Kingdom, affirming the depth of the relationship of brotherhood and neighborhood that binds the people of the South to their brothers in the Kingdom, indicating that this relationship was built with blood and sacrifices, referring to the great Decisiveness and Determination of the Kingdom when its Great King launched the Decisive Storm, following the aggressive Houthi militia attempt to knock on the gates of Aden with its troops.

Al-Kathiri expressed the stability of the Southern Transitional Council in partnership with the brothers in the Arab coalition led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates in the face of the aggressive Iranian expansion project and all the hostile projects that threaten Arab national security.

At the end of the ceremony, Sheikh Saeed Al-Mashjari and Sheikh Abu Bakr Bawazeer honored the President of the Southern Transitional Council, and Abdullah Al-Jaidi was also honored for his pioneering national roles in serving the south and its cause.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Nasser Al-Khobaji, member of the Transitional Council Presidency, Head of the Negotiations Affairs Unit, Major General Salem Al-Soqatri, Assistant Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Council, and members of the Negotiations Affairs Unit Mr. Abdulrahman Sheikh, Eng. Adnan Al-Kaf, Mr. Mohammad Al-Ghaithi, Deputy Head of the General department for Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Anis Al-Sharafi, member of the Negotiations Affairs Unit, and Mr. Adel Mutlaq , member of the General department of Foreign Affairs.

It was also attended by a number of sheikhs, businessmen and southern activists residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
