President Al-Zubaidi commemorates southern army establishment anniversary

The President of the Southern Transitional Council, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, President Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, commemorated the founding of the Southern Army, which is on September 1 each year.

In a cable of congratulations to the commanders, officers, and members of the South Armed Forces, President Al-Zubaidi praised the achievements and deeds that accomplished by the heroes of the southern army since its establishment 48 years ago, which have created a bright and honorable southern history.

President Al-Zubaidi stressed that our southern people are very proud to read this timeless record of their army, which was one of the strongest armies in the region and the Arab world, and has been known at that time by its professional and modern capabilities to the enemy before the friends.

The Supreme Commander of the South Armed Forces pointed out to the keenness of the leadership to benefit from the experienced southern leaders in building a national army, that is sincere and loyal to the belonging to the southern homeland and its identity, to preserve the gains, victories, and achievements of our great people.

President Al-Zubaidi wished mercy to the souls of the martyrs of the armed forces, pledging to continue on the same path of them until achieving the victory, and restoration and construction of the independent federal South state, with Aden as its capital.
