The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, sent a cable of congratulation to General Abdul-Fattah Al-Burhan, President of the Sudanese Transitional Military Council, and to the brotherly Sudanese people on the occasion of the historic signing of the Constitutional Declaration in which Sudan opens a new page of its great history.
