President Al-Zubaidi Meets with General Manager of Australian "Petco-Petroleum"
President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, the president of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Deputy head of the Presidential Leadership Council, on Tuesday, at his office, in the STC's headquarters, in the capital Aden, met with Mr. Riadh Saleh Fadl, general manager of the Australian company; "Petco Petroleum".
President Al-Zubaidi listened to a brief explanation on the activities of the company, its assets, and investments in the oil sector in the Middle East and North Africa.
In the meeting, the available investment opportunities in gas and oil sectors in Hadhramout and Shabwa governorates were reviewed, in addition to the works related to these sectors.
President Al-Zubaidi has affirmed the country's openness to attract all kinds of foreign investments in the oil and gas sectors, and other vital fields, which would contribute to take an optimal advantage of the natural resources of our country, provide job opportunities for local workers and competencies, and create an economic recovery that could bring the country out of its crisis.
