President Al-Zubaidi Offers Condolences to Presidents of Turkiye and Syria Over Deadly Earthquake Victims

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and the vice-chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the president of the Republic of Turkiye and President Bashar al-Assad, the president of the Syrian Arab Republic, for the victims of the devastating earthquake that struck the two countries and the countries of the eastern Mediterranean on Monday morning.

President Al-Zubaidi expressed his sincerest condolences and deep sympathy to the leadership of the Republics of Turkiye and Syria, to the families of the victims, and to the brotherly Turkish and Syrian peoples on the loss of precious lives and damage to infrastructure, and articulated his full solidarity with them in this ordeal.

To the end of the two cables of condolences, President Al-Zubaidi prayed to Allah the Almighty to bestow His vast mercy on the victims of this earthquake, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
