Press Statement by Official Spokesperson of the STC on Appointing Judge Qaher Mustafa as Public Prosecutor

We welcome decree of the Presidential Leadership Council to appoint Judge Qaher Mustafa as Public Prosecutor, hoping that this decree will be a begining to more meaningful decrees and steps to reform and activate the judiciary, and ensuring independent and autonomous judicial authority.
