The Southern Transitional Council welcomes the visit of the UN envoy to Aden the capital

We welcome the arrival of Mr. Hans Grundberg, the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Yemen, and his visit to the capital, Aden, stressing the Southern Transitional Council's keenness to support its efforts to achieve a just and comprehensive peace.

We call on all parties to deal positively with his efforts to stop the war, stressing that peace must be a real option and a serious and unconditional decision.
