Reaffirming full commitment to contents of Riyadh Agreement and inviting others to do same

The Southern Transitional Council renews its full commitment to the contents of the Riyadh Agreement and calls on the other party to do the same.

The Transitional Council also expresses its rejection of all attempts by the Yemeni government to deviate from the terms of the agreement, which appears in the ongoing mobilization process towards the south, and in this regard, the Transitional council affirms its adherence to its right to defend its land, and its ability to confront and deter any force trying to cross the current lines of contact, and calls on it to withdraw immediately.

The Transitional Council is with peace, supporting and blessing the efforts of the brothers in the Arab Coalition led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to overcome the current issue, and to unite the efforts towards the primary battle against the Iranian-backed Houthi militias.

In this regard, the Transitional Council warns of the extremist Brotherhood's attempts to thwart the Riyadh Agreement as a service to the Houthis, as it has also served them for years by freezing the fighting fronts in the north.

We affirm that the Transitional Council, the resistance forces and southern army are serious for peace in respect of their obligations and to the efforts of the Arab Coalition, as well as they are ready to deter by force every impudent and reckless, stressing on the importance of moving forward alongside the Arab Coalition and the international community in combating terrorism in all its forms and whatever its sources.
