A Symposium Marks the Southern Reconciliation and Tolerance in Sheffield



  A special symposium was held yesterday in the British City of Sheffield, organized by the UK-based STC coordinating body, on the occasion of the anniversary of the southern reconciliation and tolerance, in presence of the member of the presidency of the Southern Transitional Council and head of the Information Department, Lutfi Shatara, the head of the External Relations Department, Dr. Eidros Al - Naqeeb and a number of southern activists and members of the southern community.

  The member of the STC presidency and head of the Information Department, Lutfi Shatara confirmed Council's keenness on the participation of all Southerners who believe in the right of the people of the South to build their independent state.

  Shatara stressed the need to preserve the achievement of the southern reconciliation and tolerance and not to listen to enemies who try to sow differences and hatred among the southerners to thwart the southern project.
He made it clear that there's no inter-Southerner conflict, but there's a conflicts between the regionalization project, adopted by some northern powers with some beneficiaries and the southern project, adopted by the Southern Transitional Council.

  For his part. the head of the External Relations Department, Dr. Eidros Al - Naqeeb re-affirmed the importance of reconciliation and tolerance, stressing the need to promote this great southern achievement by making it a title for the joint southern action and unity, until reaching the desired goal of the people in building the modern southern civil state.
