Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council holds its periodic meeting headed by President Al-Zubaidi

The Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held today, Monday, its periodic meeting, chaired by President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, the President of the Council.

The meeting was attended by the ministers of the Transitional Council in the parity government, in which the Presidency of the Council reviewed the minutes of its previous meeting, and its achieved outcomes, in addition to the latest developments on the southern arena during the past period.

The Presidency reviewed the ongoing preparations for the launch of the southern dialogue abroad, and the declared positions towards the dialogue process, considering the dialogue as an essential pillar for creating a solid common base to move forward towards achieving the aspirations of the people of the South represented in restoring their full sovereign state on its borders prior to May 21, 1990.

The Presidency of the Council discussed the progress of the work of the Preparatory Committee for the memorial of the member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, the deceased, brave fighter, Mr. Amin Saleh.

At the conclusion of its meeting, the Presidency of the Council discussed a number of topics related to the work of some of the Council's bodies, and took the necessary measures in this regard.
