President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, The President of the Southern Transitional Council, met on Thursday, a delegation from Al-Sayer tribes headed by Sheikh Saleh bin Musalam bin Remaidan Al-Sai'ari.
In the meeting, which was attended by the member of the presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Mr. Aqeel Al-Attas, President Al-Zubaidi welcomed the delegation of the Al-Sayer tribes, expressing the pride and honor of the people of the South for the struggle and historical role of Al-Sayer tribes with their national and immortal struggle in the memory of the history of the South in general and Hadramout in particular.
President Al-Zubaidi stressed that the tribes of Hadramout, at the forefront of which are Al-Sayer tribes, through their valiant struggle and resistance, thwarted the occupation projects aimed at undermining the civilization of the people of the South and obliterating their identity, which extends from Al-Mahra to Bab al-Mandab.
In his speech to the notables and dignitaries of Al-Sayer tribes, President Al-Zubaidi said: " Hadramout, with its civilizational heritage and a long struggle history, represents the spirit of the south, the depth of the identity of its people, and the carrier of the banner of its liberating revolution."
For his part, Sheikh Saleh bin Musalam bin Remaidan Al-Sai'ari, and the delegation of Al-Sayer tribes, expressed their appreciation in meeting President Al-Zubaidi, and their pride in his course of victorious struggle, declaring their absolute faithfulness in the Southern Transitional Council led by President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, and their support and blessing for all the steps and efforts undertaken by him.
Sheikh Saleh bin Musalam Al-Sai'ari reviewed a number of issues that concern areas of the valley of Hadramout, the most important of which is the displacement, and the attempt to spread out on and take control of the lands by some people from outside Hadramout, in addition to the desperate attempts to turn areas of the valley into camps and barracks that shelter terrorist and extremist elements, calling on President Al-Zubaidi to help them to liberate those areas and secure them.
