Proclamation of the STC Local Headquarter in Broom-Mifaa District

   Under the auspices of His Excellency president Aidroos Qassim al-Zubaidi, the local headquarter of the Southern Transitional Council was announced in Broom-Mifaa District on Monday 5 February 2018.

   The proclamation ceremony was held in presence of the member of the National Assembly and head of the Mass Action Department Mr. Hassan Basemir and members of the STC local leadership in Hadramout governorate.

   After reciting several verses from the Holy Quran and playing the Southern National Anthem, the head of the local leadership in Broom-Mifaa district Mohammed Abdullah Ba-Driss pronounced a speech in which he welcomed all the attendees.

   For his part, the member of the National Assembly and head of the Mass Action Department Mr. Hassan Basemir delivered a welcome speech and confirmed that the Southern Transitional Council is the only political representative of the just cause of the South, pointing out to the necessity to overcome mistakes in order to lead the ship to safe shores under the command of president Aidroos al-Zubaidi.
