STC Shahan Launches Food Basket Distribution for Vulnerable Families
The Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) in the Shahan district, Al-Mahra governorate, launched on Wednesday the distribution of food baskets provided by President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, the STC President, to the vulnerable families in the district.
Mr. Mohammed Kamil Za'banut, head of the Shahan executive body, explained that the distribution was carried out according to a well-organised mechanism, focusing precisely on targeted families to ensure aid reaches those most in need and alleviates their suffering amid difficult economic conditions.
Mr. Za'banut reaffirmed that this initiative reflects the concern of the STC's political leadership, represented by President Al-Zubaidi, for local community development and providing support to needy families, and noted that this material support adds to the projects and ongoing support previously provided by the STC.
The beneficiaries expressed their thanks and gratitude for the efforts made by the Transitional Council's leadership regarding this generous support, which reflects their commitment to serving citizens and alleviating living conditions in the district.
