The National Southern Media Authority (NSMA) of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) held its second regular meeting for the month of December today, Sunday, in the capital, Aden, headed by Mr. Mukhtar Al-Yafe'y, deputy head of NSMA.
In its meeting, NSMA discussed recent political, security, military, and service-related developments in the South, as well as the role of the Southern media in dealing with these updates, underlining strict adherence to the political and media orientations of the STC and positive engagement with any progress that advances the cause of the people of the South.
The authority has highlighted the role of the media in covering the activities of contact and bolstering political awareness teams and their field visits in the capital, Aden, and all governorates of the South, applauding the comprehensive and ongoing media coverage of these activities of the contact teams by all media sectors within NSMA.
At the end of its meeting, the authority touched on a range of media-related topics and issues and took appropriate actions and measures.
