The Women and Child Administration of the Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) in the district of Al-Masila, Almahra Governorate, organized today, Sunday, a consultative meeting with a number of female activists in the district.
In the opening of the meeting, Ms. Ismahan Khamis, Head of the Women and Child Administration, underscored the importance of these meetings and activities that highlight the effectiveness of Southern women in various fields, pointing to the role of women in building a conscious generation that achieves future aspirations under the well-seated approach adopted by the political leadership.
Khamis expressed her thanks and appreciation to the Head of LLEB in Al-Masila, Mr. Hassan Omar Baabad, and the leadership of the governorate's LLEB for their encouragement and interest in such meetings, programs, and activities that concern the women's sector in the district.
The meeting discussed a range of social issues related to women and children in the district, as well as suggestions, ideas, and visions related to women and ways to enhance their pioneering role in society.
