The administrative body of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council issued a statement of condemnation and denunciation regarding the terrorist incident that targeted the convoy of the security belt commander in Delta Abyan sector, Brigadier General Abdul Latif al-Sayed, hereunder it is:
Statement of condemnation and denunciation
The Administrative Body of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council condemns in the strongest terms the heinous terrorist operation carried out by the forces of terrorism and darkness on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, in Abyan governorate, targeting the commander of the security belt in Delta Abyan sector, Brigadier General Abdul Latif Al-Sayed and his convoy in Amodia area, in which a number of people were martyred and wounded.
The administrative body of the National Assembly, while condemning and denouncing this operation, affirms that our southern armed forces will not be deterred by this terrorist act from eradicating terrorism and eradicating it from our beloved South, and giving it harsh lessons for these criminal acts.
At a time when the administrative body of the National Assembly mourns our righteous martyrs and offers condolences to their families and the Security Belt forces, wishing a speedy recovery to the wounded, it praises Almighty Allah for the survival of the commander of the security belt in the governorate, and calls on the masses of our people to cooperate with the security services to uncover the caches of terrorists and strike them in their lairs.
It also stresses the need for our security and military services to be more vigilant and prepared.
