The Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council holds its periodic meeting

The Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held its weekly meeting on Sunday under the chairmanship of the President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi.

The meeting discussed in details the situation on the southern scene, especially in the governorates of Shabwa and Sokatra, and praised the cigizens of the two governorates who expressed their rejection of the Brotherhood (Islah) party projects that is trying to pass under the cover of the so-called legitimacy.

The meeting renewed the stand of the leadership of the transitional council along with the people of the south, warning of the continued testing of the patience of the people of the south, stressing that all attempts to subjugation and counterfeiting the people will not work against the southern will that is moving steadily towards freedom and independence and the restoration of the full sovereignty southern state.

The meeting discussed the report submitted by the South-South Dialogue Committee and the results of the meetings held by the Dialogue Committee during the second phase of dialogue with the various bodies, components, and the southern political parties.

The meeting renewed the call to the rest of the bodies and southern components that missed the first and second phases of the southern dialogue to catch up in the next phase, stressing that the South will only be for and with all its citizens.

The meeting also reviewed the training and qualifying procedures provided by the organizational department in the General Secretariat of the Presidency, in which the meeting stressed on the importance of giving the Transitional Council staff all the care and attention and needed training on scientific basis that are in line with the challenges and national tasks facing the Transitional Council.
