The Transitional Council Organizes a Literary Event Titled "Resistance Literature in the South"

  In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the National Independence Day November 30, 1967, a symposium entitled "Resistance Literature in the South" was held at Musawat library in the capital Aden, organized by the Cultural Department of the Southern Transitional Council.

  The event took place with the participation of the member of the Southern Transitional Council and Head of the Cultural Department Dr. Mona Bashraheel and a number of academics in the field of literature; Dr. Abdulhakim Baqis, Dr. Shihab Al-Qadi and the poet Shawky Shafiq who conducted the activity.
