STC's President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree No. (4) on Forming Supreme Executive Leadership of the Presidency of STC's Presidium 


The President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) issued the decree No. (4) on Monday, 5/8/2023, regarding the establishment of the Supreme Executive Leadership of the Presidium of the STC. The first Article stipulates the following:
Article (1): The Supreme Executive Leadership of the Presidium of the STC shall be established as a Supreme Central Body in the STC.
Article (2): The Supreme Executive Leadership includes in its membership the ministers of the South in the power-sharing government, the governors of the governorates of the South, and whomever the President of the STC deems appropriate to add to its membership.
Article (3): The members of the supreme executive leadership shall have the rights and duties of the members of the Presidium in exercising their duties.
Article (4): The President of the STC may add to membership whomsoever he deems appropriate from among the senior southern leaders in the central state bodies.
Article (5): The in-laws of the supreme executive leadership of the Presidium shall determine its organizational structure, tasks, and specializations and shall be issued by a decree of the President of the STC.
Article (6): This decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance and to be published on the official gazette and media of the STC.
