Al-Zubaidi Appoints Ben Berekk as President of the National Assembly, Luqman as his Deputy and Al-Saqaf as Rapporteur

  President of the Southern Transitional Council Aidroos Qasim al-Zubaidi has issued today the resolutions No.(18),(19)and(20)of the year 2017 to appoint Major General Ahmed Said Ben Brik as President of the Southern National Assembly, Dr. Anis Yousef Ali Luqman as his deputy and Judge Hussein Zain Al-Saqqaf as rapporteur.

- After viewing (Aden Historical Declaration) issued in the capital Aden on 4 May 2017.

- Basing on the decision to form the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council No. (1) issued on May 11, 2017.

- Resolution No. (2) of 2017 on the Statute of the Southern Transitional Council.

- And for the higher interest of the South.

We decided the following :

Resolution No. (18):
Article (1): Major General Ahmed Said Ben Berek is appointed President of the
STC National Assembly.
Article (2): This decision is effective upon issuance, it is published on the STC official website and shall be sent to all the available media outlets.

Resolution No. (19):
Article (1): Dr. Anis Yousef Ali Luqman is appointed Vice-President of the
STC National Assembly.
Article (2): This decision is effective upon issuance, it is published on the STC official website and shall be sent to all the available media outlets.

Resolution No. (20):
Article (1): Judge Hussein Zein Al-Saqqaf  is appointed Rapporteur of  the STC National Assembly.
Article (2): This decision is effective upon issuance, it is published on the STC official website and shall be sent to all the available media outlets.
