The President added, "Just as Hadramout is large in its area and great in its population, it is always grand in its revolutionary and patriotic presence. Hadramout has been and will definitely remain the beating heart of the South, given its geographical and strategic depth. Verily, there is no South without Hadramout, and Hadramout will not reach its appropriately well-deserved status without the South."
President Al-Zubaidi promised the delegation to soon pay a visit to Hadramout to be shoulder-to-shoulder with its people and to accelerate all efforts to let Hadramout restore its well-esteemed position in all fields, reiterating his support to enable the people of Hadhramaut to manage the affairs of their governorate by themselves.
In turn, the members of the Hadramout delegation appreciated the efforts of the President in achieving the southern rapprochement and his support for efforts to enable the people of Hadhramaut to manage the affairs of their governorate, reaffirming that Hadramout has been and will definitely remain with the supreme goal of restoring the state of the South from Almahra to Al-Mandab Strait and will never deviate from this goal for which the people of the South from all the governorates have been sacrificing their souls, foremost of which is Hadramout, indeed.
The meeting was attended by two members of the STC's Presidium: Mr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kathiri, the official spokesman of the STC, and Mr. Amr Ali Al-Beidh, the Special Representative of the President of the STC for Foreign Affairs.
