President Al-Zubaidi Gets Briefed on General Situation in Lahj Governorate.

President Aidaroos Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), and Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), met today, Tuesday, with the Governor of Lahj Governorate, Major General Ahmed Abdullah Al-Turki.

President Al-Zubaidi listened to Governor Al-Turki, who gave a brief explanation of the general situation in Lahj governorate, the workflow of the local authority, and its efforts to overcome the difficulties in all fields of the governorate.

The President, too, was briefed by the Governor on the efforts made by the security services to promote the state of security and stability in the governorate, affirming his support for the leadership of the local authority in Lahj Governorate and the officers of the security services in the governorate to maintain the public tranquility of citizens.

For his part, the governor of Lahj expressed his gratitude for the great support that was provided to the local authority in the governorate and his constant keenness to ease difficulties that may impede the course of its work, as well as his immense contributions to resolving many problems in the governorate.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Imad Mohammad, Office Director of the Vice Chairman of PLC.
