President Al-Zubaidi Gets Briefed on Workflow of SCRHA

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), met today, Wednesday, at his office with the Supreme Committee for Relief and Humanitarian Action (SCRHA) of the STC, led by Eng. Adnan Muhammad Al-Kaf, member of the STC's Presidium, head of the SCRHA.

At the meeting, the President listened to the head and members of the SCRHA give a satisfied explanation of the SCRHA's activities and accomplishments in the relief and humanitarian fields in the capital Aden and the governorates of the South in general during the last period, in addition to the process of distributing Ramadan food baskets allocated to the families of the martyrs and the committee's plan for the upcoming period, which includes distributing 54,000 food baskets to needy families in all governorates of the South.

The President stressed the importance of redoubling efforts to find and ask repeatedly for the concerns of citizens, get closer to the needy people, actively contribute to alleviating their distress and suffering, and work dedicatedly as per a specific program, a precise timetable, and an accurate plan to ensure maximum benefit from the humanitarian relief that will be provided.

For his part, the SCRH's head expressed his thanks to President Al-Zubaidi for his focused attention on the performance and work of the SCRHA and his keenness to ease all the difficulties facing its workflow.
