The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, met on Tuesday, with the leadership and members of the Southern Judges Club at the headquarter of the Transitional Council in the capital Aden.
In the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi stated that this meeting comes within the framework of consultation, coordination, and discussion of mechanisms for developing the judiciary work, and providing protection for the judiciary authority so that the judge can perform his duties with competence, stressing on the importance of the independence of the judiciary, and respecting its independence, and support it.
President Al-Zubaidi stressed on the necessity of the strong will of the judges, praising their insistence to work under these exceptional circumstances to lay strong foundations that curb corruption within state institutions and eliminate crime among society.
President Al-Zubaidi expressed the Transitional Council’s full readiness to take responsibility with the judges to start their work with determination to take deterrent measures for those who work against security and stability.
President Al-Zubaidi asserted that the coming state of the south will be a state of law and justice to ensure a better future for the next generations, and there will be no place for corrupt and terrorists.
For their part, the leadership and members of the Southern Judges Club affirmed their support for all the measures taken by the Southern Transitional Council, and their willingness to work under its umbrella in a manner to achieve justice, uphold law, and combat terrorism and corruption.
