The President of the Transitional Council issues a decree to establish Office of Foreign Affairs in New York

The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, issued a decree as follows:

Article (1) establish a Transitional Council General Administration Office for Foreign Affairs in New York, USA.

Article (2) appoints the Mohamed Nasr Al-Solaimani as the Director of the Office. Articles (3) and (4) stipulate that the General Directorate for Foreign Affairs shall take the necessary measures to enable the Office to start its tasks, and to be active on its date of issuance.
