President of the Southern Transitional Council meets President and Members of the General Council of Al-Mahra and Socotra
The president of the Southern Transitional Council Maj. Gen. Eidros Qasim Al-Zubaidi met on Saturday evening in Al-Ghayda city the capital of Al-Mahra, president and members of the General Council of Al-Mahra and Socotra in presence of a number of the STC members .
Maj. Gen. Eidros Al-Zubaidi said that the Southern Transitional Council is a fruit of long struggle from 1994 until the current time, praising the efforts of the people of Al-Mahra and Socotra in establishing security and stability.
During the meeting, the chairman of the General Council of Al-Mahra and Socotra Sultan Abdullah bin Issa bin Afrar handed the STC president the documents and political vision of the General Council of Al-Mahra and Socotra.
the members of the General Council also confirmed their unwavering rejection of all forms of terrorism and their constant endeavor to realize security, tranquility and peace among their respective communities.
