Mr. Fadhl Mohammad Al-Gaadi, member of the Presidium of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidium of the STC, chaired on Wednesday a joint meeting that included the heads of departments of the Secretariat and the heads of administrations in the Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) of the STC in the capital, Aden, in the presence of Mr. Moamen Al-Saqqaf, a member of the STC's Presidium and head of the LLEB of the STC in the capital, Aden.
In the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Fadhl Al-Gaadi delivered a speech in which he indicated that holding this meeting comes to strengthen the organizational and administrative work between the leadership frameworks and LLEBs in the governorates as per the directives of the President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, after restructuring the LLEB in the capital, Aden, highlighting the importance of raising the level of the LLEB’s performance in a way that contributes to strengthening institutional work, achieving the STC’s goals, and the aspirations of the people of the capital, Aden.
For his part, Mr. Moamen Al-Saqqaf referred to the importance of this meeting, which is the first with the Secretariat following the restructuring of the LLEB, to create a positive work atmosphere between the heads of departments of the Secretariat and its administrations in the capital, Aden, and to introduce the heads of the administrations to their tasks and methods of organizational and administrative work, affirming that the upcoming activities will find out and address the needs of citizens.
During the meeting, Al-Gaadi listened to many interventions that touched on initiatives, upcoming activities, programs, and the mechanism for their implementation, in addition to how to prepare and submit plans and reports of the LLEBs administrations in the capital, Aden, to the General Secretariat.
