Major General Al-Bahsani Meets with LLEB of Hadramout

Major General Faraj Salmeen Al-Bahsani, the Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), met on Sunday in the city of Al-Mukalla with the STC's Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) of Hadramout.

During the meeting, Major General Al-Bahsani stressed the importance of adhering to the National Fundamentals of the South and that sound political discourse keep pace with developments in the situation at the national level, praising the efforts of the council's LLEB of Hadramout, the latest of which was the implementation of peaceful mass rallies at the level of six of the districts of the governorate that came out on the 29th anniversary of the Southern Land Day.

The Vice President of the STC pointed out the importance of coping with the rapid changes at the level of the southern arena through the development of speech and mass action, urging the leadership of the STC in Hadramout to stand by the people, get close to them, touch their worries, feel their suffering, and seek to relieve the difficult living burdens.

Al-Bahsani was briefed by Dr. Hassan Saleh Al-Ghulam Al-Amoudi, deputy head of the LLEB for Universities Coordination Affairs, the heads of the administrations, and the executive head of the STC in Al-Mukalla, Mr. Mahdi Saeed Al-Mohammadi, about the activities and efforts exerted to hold a series of meetings with the tribes and components of the governorate to unify the ranks of the people of Hadramout.

The meeting discussed a range of political, economic, security, and military developments at the level of the southern landscape and Hadramout in particular.
