President Al-Zubaidi Receives Ambassador of United Arab Emirates

President Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Vice-president of the Presidential leadership Council (PLC), received, on  Thursday evening, H.E. Mohammed Hamad Al Zaabi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Yemen.

The meeting discussed the developments in the political process that led by the United Nations in our country, and the efforts that exerted by the regional and internationalcountries to end the war and establish peace in the entire region.
Throughout the meeting, developments in the humanitarian aspects were reviewed accounting the challenges that face the PLC and the power-sharing  government, and their efforts to address and resolve the economic crisis that has been caused by the war, and the cessation of oil exports. In this regard, President Al-Zubaidi appreciated the continuous support provided by the nieghbouring country,  the United Arab Emirates to relieve the suffering of our people.

From his part, Ambassador AL-Zaabi reaffirmed his country's position in support of efforts to end the war and establish peace in the entire region, and everything that would restore security and stability and start the development process in the country.
