President Al-Zubaidi Receives Troop Commander of Arab Coalition

The president Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Deputy head of the Presidential Leadership Council, at his office in the capital Aden, received Major General Yousuf Khair-Allah Al-Shahrani, the commander of the Arab Coalition troops.

Initially, the president Al-Zubaidi welcomed major general Al-Shahrani and those accompanying him appreciating the immense efforts that the leadership of the joint troops has spent in supporting combat forces in the various axes to confront Houthi militias, and endless support by the official brothers in the countries of the Arab coalition led by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), re-confirming that our country has been and will remain an essential ally and partner with the countries of Arab coalition in protecting the enire region, fighting Iranian expanding led by the terrorist Houthi militias and firmly enhancing the course of the Arab Project.

In the meeting, the two sides reviewed the situation both in the capital Aden and the liberated governorates, as well as the military position in the various fronts with Houthi militias, in amid of Houthis continual breaches of the UN truce and the exerted efforts to expand it,

 For his part, Major General Al-Shahrani offered congratulations to the president Al-Zubaidi on the formation of the new leadership, and conveyed him the greetings of the Saudi government and leadership of the Joint Troops stressing on readiness of the Arab coaltion troops to implement assigned tasks in supporting the military forces in the various combat axes in the country.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Naser Al-Khubaji, member of the Presidency of the STC, head of the Negotiations Unit, Mr. Mohammed Al-Ghaithi, head of the General Directorate for Foreign Affairs (GDFA) of the STC, and Brigadier General Mohsen Al-Wali, commander of the Security Belt Forces.
