The Southern Transitional Council (STC) condemns the heinous terrorist kidnapping of two people, a German and a Mexican, working for the Dutch Doctors Without Borders organization, on Saturday, in Al-Khasha area in Al-Abar district of Hadhramout Valley, where the forces of the so-called first military region are deployed.
As we denounce this treacherous terrorist operation that targeted doctors who provide relief and humanitarian aid, which comes a few weeks after a similar terrorist kidnapping in Abyan governorate, which is dominated by Brotherhood militias, we reiterate that the recovery of terrorist organizations in those areas proves with absolute certainty the need to empower the Southern Armed Forces, represented by the Security Belt Forces in Abyan governorate, and the Hadrami Elite Forces in Hadhramout Valley and Desert, to play their role in cleansing those areas of these terrorist groups and cutting off their danger from all governorates of the South.
