In the presence of the deputy Chairman of the National Assembly for Legal Affairs, Lawyer Niran Sooki, and the deputy Chairman for Financial Control and Inspection, Mr. Lutfi Shatara, The meeting discussed the aspects of documents and preparations for the third session of the National Assembly to be held in the few coming days.
In the meeting, Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, stressed on the need to focus on the role of the National Assembly in the next stage, emphasizing that the recommendations of the session will be related to the actual participation of the National Assembly in monitoring government and non-governmental institutions.
The Chairman of the National Assembly stated that a committee will be formed to prepare regulations for the work in the economic, social and services fields, in which the committee will submit documents of the regulations to be approved in an extraordinary meeting of the administrative body and then will be transferred to the leadership of the Transitional Council.
Maj. Gen. bin Brik stressed that the session will come out with decisions and recommendations that will meet the needs of people to enhance security and provide optimal life requirements.
The meeting previewed and praised the efforts of preparing the reports and documents that will be presented at the National Assembly third session for discussion by its members.
