The STC Presidency Holds its Ordinary Meeting




   The presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held its ordinary meeting this morning in Aden, under the chairmanship of the STC Vice President Sheikh Hani bin Brik, to discuss a number of topics related to the latest developments on the southern arena and to review reports on the activities of the STC departments.

   During the meeting, the STC presidency expressed its commitment to terms of the calm called by the Arab Coalition countries, in spite of the violations and provocations incessantly committed by Ben Daghr's government.

   The STC presidency affirmed that the media escalation does not help stabilize the situation, but on the contrary, it increases the congestion, especially in the difficult circumstances produced by the government's wrong policies that serve as focal points of corruption reflected badly on the difficult living conditions of the southern people.

   The STC presidency reiterated its adherence to all the demands announced by the Southern Transitional Council and the southern resistance forces, most of all, the dismissal of the government and this is the Southern people's demand that accept no procrastination or delay. The presidency called on the Arab Coalition countries led by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to put pressure to defuse crises that the corrupt government seeks to provoke.
