President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree No. (20) of 2023 on Appointment to Take Job Position in STC’s Political Authority
The President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) issued today, Thursday, Decree No. (20) of the year 2023 regarding the appointment to take a job position in the political authority of the STC.
The decree includes the below articles:
Article (1): The following persons are appointed to take the specified leadership job positions in the political authority as indicated next to the name of each person:
Mr. Khaled Ibrahim Ahmed Bamdhaf, Deputy Head of the Political Authority
Mr. Abdullah Ahmed Mohamed Abdul-Samad, Assistant Head of the Political Authority
Mr. Nazir Hassan Mohammad Saleh, Rapporteur of the Political Authority
Article (2): The in-laws of the auxiliary bodies of the STC Presidium shall determine the tasks and specified positions of each one of them.
Article (3): This decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance, any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published on the official gazette and media of the STC.
