President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree No. (21) of 2023 on Appointment of Deputy Head of Organizational Department of STC's Secretariat
The President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) issued today, Thursday, Decree No. (21) of the year 2023 regarding the appointment of a deputy head of the Organizational Department of the General Secretariat of STC.
The decree includes the following articles:
Article (1): Mr. Saeed Mohammad bin Mohammad bin Sheria Al-Mehri shall be appointed Deputy Head of the Organizational Department of the General Secretariat of the STC.
Article (2): This decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance, any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published on the official gazette and media of the STC.
