President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree No. (18) on Appointment of Head and Deputy Head of the EBLL of the STC in Almahra Governorate.
The President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) issued today, Thursday, Decree No. (18) of the year 2023 regarding the appointment of a head and deputy head for the Executive Body of the Local Leadership (EBLL) in Almahra Governorate.
The decree is included here under articles:
Article (1): The following persons are appointed to occupy the tasks and duties of the EBLL in Almahra Governorate, as indicated next to the name of each person:
Mr. Mujahid Abu Shawareb Issa bin Afrar, Head of the Executive Body of the Local Leadership of Almahra Governorate.
Mr. Musab Saleh Juma'an Hamid, Deputy Head of the Executive Body of the Local Leadership of Almahra Governorate.
Article (2): This decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance, any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published on the official gazette and media of the STC.
