President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree No. (17) on Assigning Job Duties in STC’s Secretariat
The President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) issued Decree No. (17) for the year 2023 regarding appointments in the General Secretariat of the Presidium of the STC.
The first article of the decree stipulates assigning duties to the below names in the General Secretariat of the Presidium of the STC, as indicated next to the name of each person:
1) Mr. Abdu Ali Naji Al-Naqeeb, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidium of STC
2) Mr. Hussein Qassem Nasr Al-Ghazali, Head of the Organizational Department
3) Mr. Mohammad Saleh Batays, Head of the Political Department
4) Mr. Abdul-Qawi Mohammad Al-Sulh, Head of the Economic and Service Department
5) Mr. Aad Mohammad Ali Haitham, Head of the Social and Public Affairs Department
6) Dr. Mohammad Sari'a Basarda, Head of the Legal Affairs and Human Rights Department
7) Mr. Al-Kuraihi Taher Kanaan, Head of the Youth and Sports Department
8) Mr. Osama Muhsin bin Brik, Head of the Martyrs and Wounded Department
9) Dr. Basem Mansour Nasser, Head of the Media and Cultural Department
10) Ms. Yasmine Ahmed Musaed, Head of the Woman and Child Department
11) Mr. Maher Mohammad Saleh Al-Hujaili, Deputy Head of the Administrative and Financial Department
12) Mr. Zikra Maatouq Hussein, Deputy Head of the Legal Affairs and Human Rights Department for human rights affairs
13) Mr. Riyad Muhsen Khaled, Deputy Head of the Legal Affairs and Human Rights Department for Legal Affairs
14) Mr. Imad Saleh Mohammad, Deputy Head of the Martyrs and Wounded Department
15) Mr. Amr Mohammed Aqeel, Deputy Head of the Media and Cultural Department
16) Ms. Tahani Qaid Qassem Saeed, Deputy Head of the Woman and Child Department
17) Ms. Mona Ali Ahmed Ali, Deputy Head of the Political Department
The second article of the decree stipulates that the in-laws of the Secretariat of the Presidium shall be issued by the President of the STC, and it determines the tasks of the heads of the departments and their deputies, as well as the sections and specializations of each department.
The last article of this decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance and to be published on the official gazette and media of the STC.
