President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, the president of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), and the deputy head of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) praised the distinguished bilateral relations that have existed between our country and the Republic of Portugal.

It took place when President Al-Zubaidi received at his residence in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on Sunday morning, Mr. Nuno Mathias, Ambassador of Portugal to Yemen.

During the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi valued the position of the Portuguese government in supporting the legitimacy of our country as represented by the PLC, stressing that the PLC's leadership is looking forward to enhancing the bilateral relations with Portugal at various levels.
