President Al-Zubaidi issues decree to establish executive assisting body for districts of Hadramout valley and desert

The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidaroos Qassem Al-Zubaidi, issued on Wednesday, Resolution No. 9 of 2021, the first article of which stipulated the establishment of an executive body to assist in the affairs of the districts of the valley and desert of Hadramout.

The first article of the decision stipulates that the executive assisting body shall have the same tasks and specializations that the executive body performs for the local leadership of the Southern Transitional Council in the governorate.

The second article of the decision stipulated that the executive authority be chaired by the deputy head of the governorate’s executive body for the districts of the valley and desert of Hadramout.

While the third and fourth articles stipulated that the executive assisting body for the districts of the valley and desert of Hadramout be complementary to the work of the executive body for local leadership in the governorate, and assume the tasks of supervising the work of local leadership in the districts of the valley and desert of Hadramout and their executive bodies, and that it has financial independence from the local leadership in the governorate in executing its plans and actions within the framework of the districts of the valley and desert of Hadramout, and it is subject to administrative supervision by the local leadership in the governorate.

The fifth article of the decree stipulated that it shall be active from the date of its issuance and published on the council’s official website and media.
