President Al-Zubaidi: The achievements of our Southern Armed Forces will be etched forever in the memory of our people

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, has asserted that the achievements and victories fulfilled by our Armed Forces will definitely remain etched forever in the collective memory of our people and in marking their long and unrelenting struggle for self-determination and building their national state of the South and its institutions.

The experience of building the Southern Armed Forces post-first independence was one of the districtive national experiences in the entire region that can be drawn upon and learned from in terms of its lessons, experiences, and successes as a vibrant part of our people's living memory and historical legacy.

While commemorating the 53rd founding anniversary of our Southern Armed Forces, we do remember with tribute a long legacy of ultimate sacrifices, victories, and remarkable national achievements fulfilled by our valiant armed forces throughout our national history.

Those achievements will definitely remain etched forever in the collective memory of our people and in marking their long and unrelenting struggle for self-determination and building of their national state of the South and its institutions, with a particular focus on the military and security institutions that embody their sterling will and independent political choices.
