President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree No. (23) of 2023 on Appointment of Head and Deputy Head for EBLL in Shabwa Governorate

The President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) issued today, Sunday, Decree No. (23) of the year 2023 regarding the appointment of the Head and Deputy Head of the Executive Body of the Local Leadership (EBLL) of the STC in Shabwa Governorate.

The decree included here under articles:

Article (1): The following persons are appointed to take the specified leadership job positions in the EBLL as indicated next to the name of each person:

Mr. Abdulaziz Mahdi Salmeen bin Laksr, Head of the EBLL in Shabwa Governorate.

Mr. Aqeel Saeed Saleh Bahumaed, Deputy Head of EBLL in Shabwa Governorate.

Article (2): This decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published on the official gazette and media of the STC.
