The National Assembly discusses final preparations for its second session in Hadramout

The National Assembly held on Monday, a meeting to discuss the final arrangements for launching the second session of the National Assembly as scheduled next week in the city of Mukalla, in Hadramout province.The meeting was chaired by Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, the Secretary General of the Southern Transitional Council, and Dr. Anis Luqman, Vice President of the National Assembly.The Secretary General of the Transitional Council, stressed in his speech on the keenness of the president of the Southern Transitional Council, Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi for the success of the event, andovercome any difficulties may face the meeting of the National Assembly in Mukalla.Lamlas said: " Holding of the National Assembly session in the province of Hadramout has very significant implications, for the importance of the province of Hadramout for the south", stressing in the same context that the south will be only with Hadramout."The meeting discussed proposals for the agenda of the second session of the National Assembly and the tasks of the National Assembly special committees, and dealing with corruption files in electricity sector and other institutions, besides the situation in Hadramout valley, Shabwa, and other files.
