Relief Southern Transitional Council Committees complete Aids Distribution to Affected in Al-Mahra

The Southern Transitional Council committees for the relief of Al-Mahra province completed on Tuesday the aids distribution process to the affected in the areas hit by the Hurricane Luban.

 

The relief committees headed by Dr. Suheir Ali, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, accompanied by Najwa Mohammed, member of the National Assembly of the Transitional Council, and Ibtisam Al-Aqrabi, member of the Women and Children Department at the General Secretariat of the Southern Transitional Council, distributed on Monday aids to the affected people in the areas of Haswin, Qashan, and Syhoot.

 

On Tuesday morning, the committee moved to the Masila area of ​​the third sector, which is the last sector to distribute aids as part of the relief committee's plan.

By the end of aids distribution process in the Masila area, the relief committees of the Southern Transitional Council  would be completed the distribution of aids  to the hurricane affected people in in the province of Al-Mahrah according to the strategy planned by the relief committee. 

It is worth mentioning that the distribution of aids included several stages, from inspecting the affected areas, then evaluation and determination of levels of the people loss, till the distribution of aids to the affected.
