President of the Southern Transitional Council Aidros Al Zubaidi has issued last night the resolutions No.(21) for the year 2017 to appoint the local leadership for Shabwah governorate
- After viewing (Aden Historical Declaration) issued in the capital Aden on 4 May 2017.
- Based on the decision to form the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council No. (1) Issued on May 11, 2017.
- Resolution No. (2) of 2017 on the Statute of the Southern Transitional Council.
-Resolution No (9) of 2017 based on appointing local leaderships of the governorates
-Resolution No (11) of 2017 Concerning the bylaws of local leaders in provinces and districts.
- and for the higher interest of the South.
We decided the following :
Article (1): Local leadership of the Southern transitional Council in Shabwa governorate is formed of (107) members
Article (2): Regulates the functions and powers of the local regulations and mechanisms of actions of the local leadership in the governorate .
Article (3): This decision is effective upon issuance; it is published on the STC official website and shall be sent to all the available media outlets.
