President Al-Zubaidi holds joint meeting with negotiating delegation and heads of secretariat departments and National Assembly committees

The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, held today, Saturday, a joint meeting that included the negotiating delegation that will head to the Saudi capital, Riyadh, and the heads of the departments of the General Secretariat of the Council's Presidency, and the heads of committees in the National Assembly of the Council.

The meeting discussed the mechanism of dialogue and discussion with the leadership of the Arab coalition regarding the procedures for implementing the Riyadh Agreement on the ground, and how to deal with the obstruction practiced by elements and forces in the Yemeni presidency and its government and their disavowing from performing their role in providing services and paying salaries, as well as not starting to remove the military forces from Shabwa and Hadramout valley.

The meeting highlighted the importance of the Riyadh Agreement and how it is implemented on the ground, and the pivotal role played by the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi to confront the Iranian Houthi militias, and to combat terrorism, and the victories achieved by Decisive Storm.

In a separate context, President Al-Zubaidi discussed with the heads of the General Secretariat departments and the National Assembly committees ways to enhance work by developing organizational and administrative plans to achieve tangible results on the ground and develop organizational performance in both bodies.

The meeting was attended by Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, Chairman of the National Assembly, and Mr. Fadl Mohammad Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council.
