Al Zubaidi Visits Al Mihdhar Museum in Al Shehr

President of the presidium Al Zubaidi and members of the presidium  returned  to Al Mukalla after visiting Al Ghaida the capital of AL Mahara, passing  through crowds of cheering bystanders  who lined the streets of the governorate . On their way they visited the museum of Hussein Abubaker Almehdar  the  famous Hadhrami poet , in Al Shehr.  

During his visit to Al Mahara president of the STC and its presidium members attended the inauguration ceremony of the National Council there .

He held a number of separate meetings with representatives of the women's sector, sheikhs,  public figures, representatives from the ‘ Hirak’ and governors of Al Mahara and Suqotra

At the meeting AlZubairi assured that the transitional council is a southern project from the Bab Al Mandab Straight till Al Mahara adding that he and the STC support the demands of the southern people in regaining the southern state .

  He praised the role of the people of Al Mahara in supporting their brothers in all other parts of the south in securing the southern borders.

On the other hand, during his visit to Al Mihdhar museum, Al Zubaidi and the members of the STC toured the various parts of the museum where  Al-Zubaidi, had a   comprehensive picture of the  heritage and poetic legacy left by the late poet Hussein Al-Mihdhar as one of  the famous giants of  poetry in our country.

Al Zubeidi said, ‘Our visit to the Mihdhar  Museum was a chance to touch on  the reality of art and culture in the city of Shehr  in  Hadhramout and the South. He thanked the peers efforts despite the scarcity of facilities promising them that the STC will promote artistic and cultural aspects in general and support the rehabilitation of culture being an inherent culture in the history of the south.
